Job summary

Solventum seeks a proven medical device sales professional to grow our Acera Surgical and related portfolio across the Omaha region. You will lead territory plans, engage surgeons and clinicians, deliver compliant product demonstrations, and forecast performance with accuracy.

You’ll travel up to 90% within the defined territory, build trusted relationships, and drive revenue while coordinating with cross-functional teams. A bachelor's degree and relevant sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years medical device/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years medical sales experience.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing sales of assigned products within a defined geographic territory, with accountability for meeting or exceeding revenue and growth objectives.
• Developing and executing territory business plans, including clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization strategies.
• Building and sustaining trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across multiple hospital departments and sites of care.
• Delivering compliant product demonstrations, in-servicing, and clinical support while ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and inventory management.
