Qualifications

• Eight years of production electronics design in medical device, automotive, or robotics.
• Bachelor's in Electrical/Electrical/Computer Engineering; MS preferred.
• Experience with EMC/EMI standards and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Design analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits from concept to production.
• Lead schematic/design reviews and guide PCB layout for signal integrity and manufacturability.
• Design for EMC/EMI from start and support pre-compliance testing.
• Bring up and debug prototypes; drive root-cause fixes.
• Integrate sensors, cameras, illumination, motor drives, and compute platforms with cross-functional teams.
• Document designs and verification results under design controls.
• Mentor engineers and shape design practices and roadmaps.
• Coordinate with external suppliers for subsystems and ensure builds meet schedule and quality targets.
