Job summary

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) seeks a research position in a laboratory setting to support assigned projects. The role involves planning and executing experiments, analyzing data, and drafting protocols for ongoing studies in a controlled lab environment.

Responsibilities include conducting experiments with lab animals and supervising other lab members while ensuring compliance and safety in all procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the sciences, or equivalent combination (four (4) years) of job-related experience and college education.
• Experience may be substituted for college education on a year for year basis.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and complete research experiments.
• Present a presentation of experiment data after collection and analysis.
• Draft and compose protocols for the experiments conducted/needed for the current work in the lab.
• Conduct experiments using lab animals.
• Supervising other lab members.
