Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or related field with MLS program accreditation.
• 3 years of clinical laboratory scientist experience required; ASCP/AMT certifications preferred.
• Licensure in relevant lab certifications required (ASCP/AMT or equivalent).
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC and complex patient testing in designated lab areas.
• Lead and train staff; ensure proper inventory and safety compliance.
• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot, and document maintenance.
• Ensure timely reporting and accurate result verification.
• Coordinate with lead technologist for specimen handling and QA.
