Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Senior Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) I for the Day shift to perform test analyses, report results, and maintain quality control under CLIA oversight. Starting pay is $36.76/hour with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Position requires a Bachelor's in a CLS-related field, ASCP certification, and 4 years of lab experience. Work location is onsite with competitive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Medical Technology, or Laboratory Sciences is required; no substitution by experience.
• Licensed as Medical Technologist (ASCP) required.
• 4 years of laboratory experience required.
• Knowledge of tests and procedures to review findings and direct subordinates.

• Perform specimen handling, testing, reporting of results.
• Maintain quality control records, instrument calibrations, and proficiency testing.
