• Bachelor's degree in chemical, biological, clinical or medical laboratory science from an accredited institution
• 2+ years of technical experience
• MLS - ASCP or AMT licensure required
• Ability to use PPE and follow safety policies

Responsabilidades

• Provide orientation and training to new employees and medical technology students
• Act as a preceptor and document orientation and training
• Guide technical and support staff and resolve customer service issues within guidelines
• Support education to clinical staff as appropriate
• Participate in laboratory performance improvement activities and quality control
