Job summary

DHR Health is seeking a laboratory leadership professional to oversee clinical laboratory operations, ensure quality control, and guide personnel in analytical testing. The position requires a CLS degree, ASCP certification within one year, and a minimum of two years of lab experience, with bilingual English/Spanish abilities valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or Applied Sciences is required.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist by ASCP or equivalent within one year of hire is required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the facility mission, vision and values in daily work.
• Develops and establishes procedures for collecting and analyzing biological specimens.
• Performs analytical tests of body fluids and other substances and coordinates QA data.
• Supervises Lab Assistants and Phlebotomists and provides leadership.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations and safety standards.
