Qualifications

• ASCP or equivalent certification within one year of hire is required.
• Proficient knowledge of clinical laboratory processes, testing and analytical procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills; ability to lead and direct lab staff.
• Bilingual – English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Promote the facility mission and values in daily duties.
• Develop and establish procedures for collecting, processing, and analyzing specimens.
• Perform analytical tests of body fluids and other substances; relate data across labs.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies; verify results and enforce quality control.
