Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Technical Certification preferred in Electronics, Biomedical, Optical, Mechanical or equivalent.
• At least 4 years experience providing technical service for medical device equipment.

Responsibilities

• Installs, services, and repairs medical device equipment in external facilities to support sales team and customers.
• Functions as a primary resource for stakeholders.
• Provides frequent status updates and documented service reports to stakeholders.
• Operates to complete on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test activities to factory specifications.
• Identifies problems and recommends resolutions on existing products and procedures.
• Analyses service data to schedule proactive and reactive service.
• Maintains trunk inventory and calibrated test equipment.
• Able to lift/move 50lbs and use hand tools and electronic test equipment.
