Job summary
Altais is seeking a Senior Medical Economics Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across the MSO. You will lead analytics initiatives, build dashboards, and partner with executives to translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights that improve efficiency and financial performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Public Health, or a related field.
- 5+ years in healthcare analytics or BI.
- 2+ years leading analytics projects or teams.
- Advanced SQL and data analysis methodologies.
- Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Experience with healthcare data warehouses and claims data.
- Strong understanding of managed care operations and healthcare finance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Lead analytics strategy and prioritize analytics initiatives.
- Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and self-service analytics.
- Provide actionable insights to executives and operational leaders.
- Analyze Claims, Eligibility, Provider Network, Utilization, and Quality data.
- Collaborate across Contracting, Network Management, Compliance, Claims, Accounting, and Finance.
- Promote data governance and automate reporting processes.
