Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year experience in the discipline, OR 3 years’ experience OR Master’s degree with no experience.
• CPC or other accredited coding certification.
• Knowledge of policies, standards, procedures, processes, KPIs and regulatory requirements in revenue cycle.
• Knowledge of supervision, evaluation and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize documentation and coding processes to ensure accuracy.
• Manage staff performance and coordinate workflow on a daily basis.
• Address complex coding challenges and ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Ensure data integrity and timely translation of clinical services into billable data.
