Job summary

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive scientific rigor, and ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices while advancing key oncology programs.

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor or DO with relevant specialty; residency strongly preferred; subspecialty fellowship desirable.
• At least 5 years (7 preferred) of clinical trial experience in pharma, academia, or equivalent.
• Experience with immune redirecting therapies such as T-cell engagers desirable.
• Ability to run a complex clinical research program independently.

Responsibilities

• Leads and oversees design and execution of multiple clinical development programs within the product plan.
• Responsible for study teams, data review, safety/efficacy interpretation, and timelines.
• Design, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of protocols, CSRs, and regulatory submissions.
• Lead or chair Clinical Strategy Teams and liaise with asset teams as required.
• Act as in-house clinical expert coordinating translational strategies and external collaborations.
