Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a senior clinician to lead direction, planning, and execution of one or more clinical development programs. You will partner with cross-functional teams to generate high-quality clinical data supporting product strategy and regulatory submissions.

You will oversee study design, data interpretation, and communication of safety and efficacy while ensuring timelines and enrollment goals are met. Strong leadership and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or non-US equivalent with relevant specialty.
• 5+ years (7 preferred) of clinical trial experience in pharma, academia, or equivalent.
• Experience with immune redirecting therapies such as T-cell engagers desirable.
• Ability to run a complex clinical research program independently.
• Proven leadership and ability to lead cross-functional global teams.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of multiple clinical development programs in support of the product development plan.
• Oversee study teams, monitor study integrity, and report safety/efficacy data.
• Own the scientific content of protocols, Investigator Brochures, and clinical study reports.
• May supervise Medical/Scientific Directors on related programs.
• Chair Clinical Strategy Teams and contribute to Clinical Development Plans.
