Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics seeks an experienced clinical development leader to drive oncology programs. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the role guides strategy, protocols, and regulatory support across US and international sites, with safety oversight alongside the Medical Monitor and Safety team.

The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, develop global development plans, supervise data review, and support investigator interactions, DSMBs, and scientific steering committees as needed.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in clinical or biological sciences (MD, PhD or PharmD) with 15+ years drug development experience, oncology focus.
Executive level experience in clinical development leadership.
Strong knowledge of ICH GCP and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional clinical development teams across studies.
Develop Global Development plans with senior staff and implement strategies.
Lead protocol reviews and interpret scientific literature for clinical documents.
Prepare regulatory filings and meeting packages for US and ex-US authorities.
Ensure safety oversight with Medical Monitor and DSMB/Safety Committees involvement.
Coordinate with external advisory committees and training of team members.
