Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics is seeking a senior clinical development leader to drive strategy and execution across oncology programs. The role will collaborate with study teams to design trials, ensure safety oversight, and align with regulatory requirements.

Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the candidate will oversee protocol development, data review, and cross-functional alignment to advance molecules through the Nurix clinical pipeline. Significant travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Executive level drug development leadership with oncology focus and 15+ years of experience.
• Experience in first-in-human or proof-of-concept oncology studies requested.
• Strong knowledge of ICH GCP and regulatory standards.
• Skilled in preparing clinical protocols and regulatory submissions.
• Proficient with clinical data management and safety oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional clinical development teams and coordinate with study sites, CRA training, and safety oversight.
• Develop global development plans and implement strategic development support for programs.
• Lead protocol development, literature review, and regulatory filing support (INDs, NDAs).
• Contribute to Data Safety Monitoring Board charters and study manuals.
• Lead data cleaning, SAE reconciliation, and data trend analyses for dose escalation meetings.
• Coordinate with external medical advisory committees and internal medical monitors.
