Job summary

• Executive-level drug development experience with 5+ years in oncology trials.
• Strong expertise in protocol development, data safety oversight, and regulatory filings.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional clinical development teams to advance molecules.
• Develop Global Development plans with senior clinical development staff.
• Implement development plans and support regulatory submissions (INDs/NDAs).
• Review clinical data and contribute to protocol design and study documents.
• Collaborate with medical monitors, safety teams, and investigators.
