Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics seeks a brilliant, organized leader to provide strategic and tactical medical leadership for global development programs, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance from early research through approval and launch.

This executive will lead program teams across Clinical Development, Research and Translational Medicine, Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial, set program strategy, and report to the Chief Medical Officer.

Qualifications

• MD, board certified preferably in hematology/oncology.
• Requires at least 10 years’ clinical trial experience in the pharmaceutical industry with demonstrated involvement in clinical trial design or execution (Phase 3).

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more program teams from Phase 1 through launch across Clinical Development, Research and Translational Medicine, Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial.
• Serve as single point of accountability for BTK Program Global Development Team (GDT) and drive key decisions through governance forums.
• Provide medical oversight for ongoing clinical trials and for CROs, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Interact with principal investigators and key opinion leaders to facilitate trials and trial design.
• Refine and oversee clinical development plans, data collection systems, and final reports.
