Job summary

Kyntra Bio is seeking a Senior Medical Director to provide medical oversight for Phase I–III programs. You will serve as the lead physician, partnering across Clinical Operations, Safety, Regulatory, Biometrics, and Medical Writing to ensure safe study conduct and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent medical degree required.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Oncology, Hematology/Oncology, Internal Medicine, or related specialty preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of pharmaceutical/biotech/clinical development experience.
• Experience in oncology drug development with solid tumors.
• Experience supporting Phase I–III trials, including medical monitoring, data review, and protocol development.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical oversight for Phase I–III clinical studies, ensuring high-quality conduct, patient safety, and regulatory adherence.
• Serve as Medical Monitor across trials, guiding patient eligibility, safety assessments, and clinical decisions.
• Partner with Clinical Operations and CROs to support study execution, site management, and enrollment.
• Lead protocol development, study design, and medical data interpretation.
• Collaborate with Pharmacovigilance for safety data and regulatory documents.
• Author and review protocols, Investigator's Brochures, study reports, and regulatory submissions.
• Support interactions with FDA, EMA, Health Canada, and global health agencies.
• Build relationships with investigators, KOLs, and trial sites for meetings and advisory boards.
• Contribute to publications and scientific presentations.
