Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a dynamic Medical Director to oversee delivery of care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. You will provide leadership to clinical staff, ensure high-quality services, and promote best practices across the healthcare team.

This is a contract role based in Fall River, MA, reporting to senior leadership. You will chair QA/PI activities, support DOH survey readiness, and drive new clinical programs while keeping patient outcomes at the

Qualifications

• CMD certification preferred; LTC experience highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements in long-term care.
• Ability to lead credentialing and QA processes.
• Willingness to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide oversight and mentorship to medical staff to maintain high standards.
• Lead credentialing and interview process for new staff.
• Chair QAPI committee on a quarterly basis.
• Support DOH survey readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Lead implementation of new clinical programs and geriatric care initiatives.
• Provide direct patient care when needed.
