Infinite Medical P.C., a nationwide network delivering care to residents in skilled nursing facilities, seeks a Medical Director to oversee care delivery and promote best practices. You will lead clinical staff, shape programs, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes across facilities.

You will provide leadership, mentorship, and direction, while maintaining regulatory compliance and driving continuous clinical improvement in geriatric care.

Qualifications

• CMD certification preferred.
• Extensive LTC or skilled nursing facility experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement in LTC.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Prolonged standing and walking; occasional lifting up to 20 lbs; computer work.
• Competitive salary per annum: $200,000 - $300,000

Responsabilités

• Provide ongoing oversight, mentorship, and clinical guidance to medical staff.
• Foster a collaborative environment that promotes best practices.
• Lead the interview and credentialing process for medical staff.
• Chair or co-chair the QAPI Committee quarterly.
• Assist in DOH survey preparedness and regulatory compliance.
• Lead the implementation of new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Stay informed of geriatric and long-term care advancements.
• Provide direct patient care to residents.
