Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C., a nationwide network of advanced practice providers and specialty clinicians, seeks a Medical Director to oversee the delivery of comprehensive care in skilled nursing and long-term facilities. You will lead clinical staff and promote high standards of patient care across the team.

You will chair the QAPI Committee, guide credentialing, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive new clinical programs while staying current with geriatric care advancements.

Qualifications

• CMD certification is preferred.
• Extensive LTC/ SNF experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing oversight, mentorship, and clinical guidance to medical staff.
• Foster collaboration and promote best practices.
• Lead interview and credentialing for prospective medical staff.
• Chair or co-chair the QAPI Committee quarterly.
• Assist in DOH survey preparedness and regulatory compliance.
• Lead implementation of new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Stay informed on geriatric care advancements.
• Provide direct patient care to residents.
