Qualifications

• MD or equivalent medical degree required with board certification in endocrinology or related specialty.
• 8–10 years in clinical development within pharma/biotech with leadership of global programs.
• Experience leading regulatory filings and interactions with regulators (FDA/EMA).
• Strong cross-functional leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex clinical programs, ensuring high-quality trial execution and patient safety.
• Develop Clinical Development Plans and innovative study protocols.
• Provide strategic medical leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee medical monitoring, endpoint assessment, and safety.
• Drive global regulatory submissions and regulatory interactions.
• Interpret complex data and influence study strategy and publications.
• Engage KOLs and advisory boards; mentor Medical Directors.
