Job summary

Rhythm Pharmaceuticals seeks an Associate Director of Medical Writing to independently author and oversee clinical, regulatory, medical, and safety documents across development. Based in Boston with hybrid work, you’ll lead cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver high-quality submissions and reports.

You will guide MW strategies, ensure accuracy across manuscripts and regulatory documents, and support transparency activities while collaborating with global teams, vendors, and trial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant medical writing experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry with regulatory submissions and pharmacovigilance.

Responsibilities

• Lead document execution for global programs and regulatory submissions.
• Oversee and coordinate medical writing activities across studies and vendors.
• Review and ensure consistency across clinical, regulatory, and safety documents.
