Job summary

MorseLife Health System is seeking a Medical Director for the PACE program. You will provide clinical leadership, medical oversight, and strategic direction across services, collaborating with the Chief Medical Officer and IDT to deliver high-quality, participant-centered care.

This role requires leading physician practices, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement across MorseLife PACE locations. The Medical Director will work with external providers, hospitals, and governing bodies,

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active Florida medical license.
• Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of physician practice, including frail elderly or medically complex populations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior physician leader for the PACE program.
• Lead medical oversight, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with IDT and executive leadership to advance care model.
• Establish and maintain medical practice standards and protocols.
• Promote evidence-based care and population-health initiatives.
