Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a dynamic Medical Director to oversee comprehensive care delivery, guide clinical teams, and promote best practices across the organization.

You will provide leadership and direction while maintaining high standards of patient care in long-term care settings. This role involves mentorship, credentialing oversight, and collaboration with stakeholders to advance geriatric care and clinical programs.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience overseeing clinical teams in long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes in LTC.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide ongoing oversight, mentorship, and clinical guidance to medical staff to maintain high standards of care.
• Foster a collaborative environment that promotes best practices and continuous professional development.
• Lead the interview and credentialing process for prospective medical staff.
• Chair or co-chair the QAPI Committee on a quarterly basis.
• Assist in DOH survey preparedness and regulatory compliance.
• Lead the implementation of new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Stay informed of geriatric care advances to evolve clinical offerings.
• Provide direct patient care to residents and ensure high-quality clinical treatment.
