Infinite Medical P.C. seeks a dynamic Medical Director to oversee delivery of comprehensive care for residents in long-term care facilities. You will provide leadership, guidance, and direction to clinical staff while upholding the highest patient-care standards.

Responsibilities include mentorship, credentialing oversight, QAPI leadership, and collaboration with DOH regulations. This is a pivotal role with strategic impact on patient outcomes and clinical program growth.

Qualifications

• CMD certification preferred.
• Extensive LTC/ SNF experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality processes in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical staff to maintain high standards of care.
• Lead credentialing and onboarding of medical staff.
• Chair/co-chair QAPI Committee quarterly.
• Assist DOH survey preparedness and regulatory compliance.
• Lead new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Provide direct patient care as needed.
