Job summary

Eurofins Medical Device Services seeks an experienced commercial executive to lead and evolve our North American organization, driving revenue growth, cross-selling, and commercial excellence across testing, consulting, and regulatory services.

The role requires building a high-performing team, developing long-term account plans, and aligning pricing strategies with corporate objectives while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering or related discipline required.
• Ability to travel 40% nationally.
• Minimum 10 years leading complex technical commercial organizations.
• Minimum 5 years leading multi-level commercial teams.
• Experience selling complex scientific, laboratory, consulting, and/or technical services.
• Experience integrating acquisitions or leading commercial transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing pricing strategy, profitability and commercial planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North American commercial organization with a focus on revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Develop and execute the commercial strategy to accelerate profitable growth and cross-selling across services.
• Build executive relationships with strategic customers and position Eurofins as a long-term partner.
• Establish performance expectations, coaching routines and succession planning.
• Oversee CRM governance, pipeline management, forecasting, and pricing governance.
• Drive enterprise account planning and cross-site, cross-functional collaboration.
