Globus Medical is seeking a senior Product Manager to lead cross-functional teams in developing strategic product plans and evidence to support product development and commercialization.

In this role, you will drive market analyses, go-to-market strategies, and collaboration across engineering, regulatory, and clinical groups to ensure successful launches and sustained growth in the medical devices space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, ideally within medical devices or healthcare.
• Proven success in launching and managing high-impact products.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and regulatory documentation.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to support field initiatives, customer visits, and cross-site collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic product plans and objectives.
• Conduct complex market and competitive analyses to identify unmet needs, whitespace opportunities, and differentiation strategies.
• Drive the development of biomechanical, pre-clinical, and clinical evidence supporting product development and commercialization.
• Oversee and manage high-impact project plans, ensuring alignment between engineering, regulatory, and clinical teams.
• Lead execution of design reviews, V&V testing, cadaver labs, and advisory boards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards through ownership of high-quality documentation (DHFs, DMRs, and DHRs).
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product introductions.
• Oversee creation of impactful sales tools and educational materials (technique guides, training modules, sales collateral).
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain to manage forecasts, inventory plans, and product availability.
• Analyze product performance across multiple channels and integrate market feedback into roadmap decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement through voice-of-customer programs and post-launch field evaluations.
