Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking a Product Manager to shape the future of intraoperative neuromonitoring systems. You will stay close to surgeons and patients, translating market needs into compelling product requirements and commercialization plans.

You will partner with R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Quality, Manufacturing and Sales to guide development, launches, and lifecycle management of imaging, navigation, robotics and neurosurgery products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 3-6 years of experience in Product Management or related roles in medical devices.
• Experience interacting with physicians, surgeons, healthcare providers, or clinical customers.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy through market research, competitive analysis, and VOC feedback.
• Serve as main PoC for Surgeon Design Teams, translating needs into requirements and positioning.
• Monitor imaging, navigation, robotics, and neurosurgery markets for trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, QA, Manufacturing and Supply Chain during development.
• Lead product launches and commercialization plans; develop training for internal teams and distributors.
• Support sales enablement with clinical, technical, and competitive training.
• Manage product lifecycle, forecasting, and post-launch performance.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
