Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience; or Master’s Degree and 3 years of experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Experience with new product introduction and lifecycle management.
• Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with management to establish strategic plans and objectives.
• Implements functional strategy and contributes to organizational policy development.
• Develops data on technologies and performs market analysis for product segments.
• Creates and manages project plans with engineers and leads meetings.
• Develops marketing plans and oversees inventory management for projects.
