Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead strategic procurement for healthcare OEMs with scalable, cost-efficient sourcing.
• Align purchasing with production schedules and client timelines for medical device projects.
• Forecast material requirements to minimize inventory costs while ensuring availability.
• Manage and report procurement data for SIOP process.
• Oversee sourcing of materials meeting FDA, CE, and ISO 13485 standards.
• Negotiate supplier contracts for competitive pricing, stocking policies and reliable delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance via scorecards for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Mitigate supply chain risks with dual sourcing and safety stock.
• Mentor procurement teams in Milwaukee and train on medical regulations.
• Set and track KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost savings, and supplier quality.
