NeuWave Medical is seeking a Senior Buyer to join our Madison, WI-based Operations team. You will manage end-to-end procurement for production and New Product Development, coordinating with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D to ensure supply continuity for capital systems, accessories, and single-patient-use probes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, Engineering.
• 5–7 years of progressive procurement experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier development skills.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP purchasing and regulated QMS requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sourcing and supplier management aligned with company strategy.
• Negotiate contract terms and monitor supplier performance.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D to ensure supply continuity.
• Place and manage purchase orders to meet production schedules.
• Support NPD sourcing and make-versus-buy analyses.
• Maintain compliance with FDA (21 CFR 820), ISO 13485.
