Job summary
MRPC in Milwaukee, WI, seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Tooling functions for world‑class performance.
You’ll develop robust processes, improve equipment reliability, and build strong tooling systems to support current operations and future growth.
Lead Lean initiatives, mentor technical staff, and partner with Production, Quality, and NPI teams to ensure safe, efficient product launches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and lean manufacturing.
- Strong communication and data-driven problem solving skills.
- Plastics injection molding or medical device experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead New Product Introductions (NPI) and process development for manufacturing readiness.
- Drive lean transformation and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
- Oversee maintenance reliability and tooling leadership to ensure uptime and efficiency.
- Mentor and develop engineering, maintenance, and tooling staff for future leadership.
