Integra LifeSciences in Plainsboro, NJ is seeking a Senior Refrigeration Technician to operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair process refrigeration, HVAC and related equipment in our cGMP medical device manufacturing plant. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and requires hands-on expertise with lyophilizers, chillers, fume hoods, air handlers and distribution systems.

The ideal candidate will have a vocational certificate, 5+ years of maintenance experience in process

Qualifications

• Certificate from a Vocational, Trade School or military training.
• 5+ years' experience in a maintenance position with responsibility for maintenance and operation of process refrigeration equipment and HVAC systems, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Must possess a Refrigerant CV 1&2 license.
• PLC (Programmable Logic Computer) experience preferred.
• Computer Literate.
• Valid New Jersey Driver’s License; use of personal vehicle may be required.
• Experience with CMMS software.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation systems.

Responsabilités

• Repair and maintenance of industrial refrigeration equipment associated with HVAC, freeze dryers/lyophilizers, chillers, and other related plant equipment.
• Compliance to Catastrophic Ozone Depletion regulations, inventory of all refrigerant use and repair of leaks in equipment or systems on a timely basis.
• Operation and maintenance of the Water for Injection and Pure Steam Generator systems, including storage and distribution systems.
• Operation and maintenance of the compressed air systems, both plant and clean compressed air.
• Maintain up to date preventative maintenance records on all equipment and related electrical system components.
• Provide technical instruction, coaching, and guidance to other technicians and contractors during refrigeration-related tasks.
• Complete all Corrective Maintenance Work orders accurately and using Good Documentation Practices.
