Job summary

Stryker is seeking a warehouse/delivery associate in Minnetonka, MN to manage inventory, prepare items for transport, and support field operations. The role includes driving responsibilities and maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on accuracy and safety.

The position requires 2+ years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Standard shift is 1st shift, with occasional overtime and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in related role.
• Meet requirements of all customer credentialing.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/evenings as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation schedule.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurate inventory tracking and record keeping, warehouse inventory cycle counting and optimizing inventory utilization.
• Arrange merchandise for transport (on delivery and return) and at customer locations.
• Read maps and route configuration.
• Perform safety inspections in transportation setting.
• Load, unload, or stack containers, materials, or products while checking for sterility, missing/broken implants & instruments.
• Perform and/or schedule preventative and regular minor maintenance on company delivery vehicle, (fuel, fluid levels, tires, etc.), and keeps accurate maintenance records.
• Advise supervisor when repairs or extensive maintenance are required for the company vehicle.
• Field customer complaints, address and communicate as necessary to Branch team members.
• Warehouse responsibilities as needed and directed.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

What you need -

$25.10 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits.
