Job summary

Stryker in Englewood, CO is hiring for an inventory technician to manage stock, verify quality, and maintain meticulous records. You will inspect kits, perform cycle counts, and keep warehouse areas organized to support surgical shipments.

You will coordinate with internal teams, support safety initiatives, and handle documentation while contributing to efficient operations and reliable deliveries. Bonus eligibility and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions.

What You Will Do

• Manage inventory by tracking product movement, maintaining accurate records, and identifying low or depleted stock levels
• Inspect incoming and outgoing kits, products, and materials to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications
• Perform cycle counts and examine inventory for damage, defects, wear, or expiration, reporting issues as needed
• Maintain warehouse organization, including receiving, storing, and preparing materials for surgical shipments
• Coordinate with internal teams (distribution, sales, shipping, and warehouses) to expedite or resolve delivery and inventory issues
• Support quality initiatives and ensure compliance with safety standards by maintaining clean workspaces, tools, and equipment
• Manage inventory documentation, including usage records, damage tracking, and account reporting
• Collaborate with internal resources to source alternative products (e.g., loaner banks, consignments, or other locations)

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Mon - Fri, 10am - 6pm
• Overtime based on business needs
• On-call rotation, required

Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two (2) years' relevant work experience
• Possess a valid driver's license with no restrictions
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation

Preferred

• Warehouse/ inventory control experience in a fast-paced environment
• Medical device, sterile processing experience

$26.30 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits.
