Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Sciences or related field; or higher health-related qualification (e.g. PA/NP).
• Public health or healthcare work experience, including care coordination or clinical care, preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide supervision and guidance to the medical team while monitoring daily practices and ensuring policy compliance.
• Perform triage assessments and coordinate appropriate medical response or referral.
• Participate in case staffings and stakeholder meetings; follow up with recommendations.
• Compile, prepare, and maintain accurate records and forms per policy and standards.
• Communicate effectively with ORR Medical team as needed.
• Ensure medical services are documented within required timeframes.
• Take on-call duties after hours, including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Guide medical staff and provide timely feedback; deliver health education and training.
• Maintain inventories of medical supplies and medications; implement medication safety measures.
• Ensure safety and well-being of children; apply crisis management when necessary.
• Deliver client services within the Sanctuary Model framework; arrange transportation to appointments.
• Promote trauma-informed care and collaborate to improve living/working environment.
• Attend administrative meetings and team-building activities; adhere to policy and standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of agency policy; respect cultural norms and heritage.
