Wolters Kluwer seeks a Senior Content Editor for Medical Education and Medical Practice portfolios. You will manage high-volume content development, collaborate with internal teams and external SMEs, and drive editorial excellence across print and digital formats.

You will oversee budgets and schedules, mentor authors, and push for innovative workflows and digital solutions, ensuring quality and compliance in line with industry standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in academic and/or healthcare publishing.
• Travel <10% for team meetings and conferences.

Aufgaben

• Develop content and assets for print and digital products serving medical education and clinical practice audiences.
• Oversee assigned high-volume products during development to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with SMEs, authors, vendors, and internal teams to produce engaging content for multiple platforms.
• Provide direction to authors/SMEs based on analysis of pedagogy, structure, and writing style.
• Create and monitor project budgets and schedules; prepare reports for management.
• Resolve schedule, budget/cost, and vendor/SME performance issues with Editorial Operations.
• Support development of digital assessments, resources, case studies, and media for digital delivery and discovery.
• Enforce editorial standards; ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Evaluate content performance metrics and drive improvements for customer needs.
• Engage in quality assurance initiatives for digital content.
