Qualifications

• Strong focus on collections from insurance companies.
• Verify insurance eligibility and authorizations; input into EMR and practice management system.
• Determine patient financial responsibility from EOBs and contracts.
• Verify patient demographics through online verification systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse populations.
• Analytical skills to evaluate patient's financial responsibility.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and problem solve.
• Demonstrate professionalism and accountability.
• Excellent computer skills and EMR knowledge.
