Conifer Value is seeking a CODE II professional to assign ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS codes from medical records and resolve pre-bill edits and denials. You will ensure productivity and maintain an accuracy rate of 95.5% in audits.

The role requires multi-specialty E&M coding knowledge, healthcare terminology expertise, and teamwork. Vaccination confirmations may be required prior to employment.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3–5 years coding experience.
• Vocational or technical education beyond high school.
• CPC or CCS-P or equivalent certification multi-specialty Evaluation and Management coding.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and coding rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of third-party reimbursement regulations and billing practices.
• Ability to examine documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Knowledge of CCI, LCD, NCD and other applicable coding rules and regulations.
• Clear communication with co-workers and team members.

Mansioni

• Assign ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS and modifiers codes from documentation.
• Review and resolve pre-bill edits.
