Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Medical Assistant Certification or 1+ years experience.
• Experience across >1 service line and independent workflow management.
• Proficient MA core competencies.
• Must complete CPR within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to travel 15% within state between clinics.
• Computer skills including data entry and typing.
• HIPAA confidentiality compliant.
• Effective patient communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Independently perform clinical intake duties with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate proficiency across multiple service lines as assigned.
• Accurately document patient information in the EMR.
• Administer immunizations under provider direction with proper documentation.
• Collect and process specimens per protocols.
• Support patient safety and clinic efficiency through policy adherence.
• Use EMR to support clinic flow and care delivery.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate as needed.
• Communicate with patients, providers and team members.
• Adapt to workflow changes and assist during high-volume periods.
• Accept feedback and apply coaching to improve performance.
• May float between clinics to maintain continuity.
• Support accreditation and Quintuple Aim goals of care.
