The successful candidate will navigate EMR systems, maintain high standards of patient interaction, and may float across clinics to support continuity of care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Foundational clinical skills expected within 90 days of employment.
• Reliable and accurate documentation is essential.

Responsabilités

• Perform clinical intake tasks: measure and record vitals and document in EMR.
• Administer immunizations under provider direction and document in EMR.
• Collect patient specimens following established protocols.
• Follow policies to support patient safety and clinic efficiency.
• Utilize EMR to complete assigned tasks accurately and timely.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers and team members.
• Escalate patient concerns appropriately.
• May float within the clinic to support operations.
• Support psychiatric specialty clinics and coordination with rural staff.
