Qualifications

• Experience across more than one service line and ability to independently manage clinical workflows.
• Proficient in MA core competencies.
• CPR within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to travel 15%+ within state between clinics.
• HIPAA confidentiality and compliant communication.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs clinical intake duties with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates proficiency across multiple service lines as assigned.
• Accurately records patient information in the EMR with completeness and timeliness.
• Administers immunizations under provider direction and documents in EMR.
• Collects and processes specimens following established protocols.
• Supports clinic operations and adapts to workflow changes during high-volume periods.
• Communicates effectively with patients, providers, and team members.
• May float within or between clinics to maintain coverage.
• Supports accreditation goals and patient-centered care initiatives.
