AltaMed Health Services Corporation seeks an experienced Medical Assistant (MA) III to welcome patients, manage expectations with compassion, and support direct patient care in a fast-paced clinic. You will act as an EHR super-user and help mentor the MA team while contributing to back-office workflow improvements.

The role requires a Medical Assistant certificate (and high school diploma or equivalent), plus a minimum of 3 years of MA experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a back-office Medical Assistant.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Nationally recognized Medical Assistant certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in direct patient care and provide clerical support in the clinical setting.
• Serve as EHR super-user and provide feedback on back office processes.
• Mentor and train MA team and support clinic management.
• Handle duties at the Patient Service Center or with Registry teams as needed.
