Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years medical assistant experience with highly complex, chronic disease management or a specialty.

Responsibilities

• Support patient examinations, procedures, and dressing changes under physician or nurse supervision.
• Schedule patient appointments and verify eligibility for care when required.
• Serve as preceptor and clinical resource to Medical Assistants; train others as appropriate.
• Maintain CLIA/HIPAA/NCQA compliance in daily tasks.
