CATALYST PHYSICIAN GROUP - NTX PLLC is seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant III to support physicians and clinical teams, delivering advanced patient care and improving operational efficiency. You will document vitals in the EMR, manage clinical inboxes, and mentor newer staff while maintaining a focus on patient experience.

The role encompasses cross-department collaboration, quality control activities, and leadership duties to ensure high standards of care and team performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CMA/RMA/CCMA certification required.
• 3+ years of Medical Assistant experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current BLS certification requested or within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Accurately obtain, record, and document patient vitals and clinical information in the EMR.
• Perform duties of Medical Assistant II including injections, immunizations, and other procedures.
• Manage clinical inboxes for self, provider, and Pod; respond to patient inquiries and manage refills.
• Lead or coordinate small team tasks and huddles; mentor new hires and provide training.
• Conduct site safety audits, vaccine inventory, and OSHA compliance checks.
