Catalyst Physician Group is seeking a Medical Assistant I to support a collaborative care team across multiple North Texas locations. This entry-level role focuses on developing foundational clinical and administrative skills, including rooming patients, recording vitals, and assisting with routine clinical duties under supervision.

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited medical Assistant program.
• Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent).
• Current BLS certification for healthcare providers with hands-on component preferred or within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Room patients and document vitals in the EMR.
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR.
• Prepare exam rooms with required equipment and supplies.
• Assist providers with basic examinations and procedures.
• Maintain exam room cleanliness and report low stock levels.
• Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality protocols.
• Answer and route phone calls appropriately.
• Support appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, and chart management.
• Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing and scanning.
