Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited medical assistant program.
• Active CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent certification.
• Current BLS certification or within 60 days of hire.
• Minimum 1 year healthcare experience.
• Phlebotomy or quality metrics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, document vitals and basic tests in the EMR.
• Administer pediatric vaccines and handle vaccines per protocol.
• Support care coordination including referrals and prior authorizations.
• Assist providers and mentor other staff; contribute to clinic flow and safety.
