Qualifications

• Completion of a medical assistant program ABHES/CAAHEP accredited.
• 3 years of relevant work experience
• Certified Medical Assistant in the State of Washington
• Current Surgical Technologist Registration in Washington within 30 days of hire
• Current BLS/CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assist practitioners and the healthcare team to ensure high quality patient care.
• Serve as primary preceptor/trainer for new hires and staff
• Assist nurse or provider with procedures as indicated
• Collaborate with clinic leadership on operational strategies and process improvements
