Alignment Health is seeking an onsite Lead Medical Assistant to manage patient flow and lead a team of medical assistants. You will perform core MA duties with high competency and may take on reporting, inventory, and staff training responsibilities.

Required: 3 years as a Medical Assistant, MA or LVN/LPN certifications, high school diploma, CPR/First Aid. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; pay range listed below, with equal opportunity employer statements.

Qualificações

• 3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a physician office, with managed care knowledge.
• MA training from an accredited school of training is required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification is required.
• LVN/LPN Certification accepted as well.

Responsabilidades

• Train new medical assistants as assigned by supervisor.
• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and patient flow.
• Complete patient intake including eligibility verification, scheduling, confirmation, arrival and checkout.
• Manage home monitoring systems and clinical alerts per protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service and coordinate care with referrals and programs.
